Integrity in Land Development

Ellison Fellingham Developments was founded to bring integrity, discipline, and long-term focus to land sourcing and development.

After 14 years in the fire service with both London Fire Brigade and Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, I’ve spent my career learning how to operate under pressure, lead teams, and make decisions with clarity and care.

As a homeowner, I’ve also been involved in renovation, giving me hands-on experience with property and the value of attention to detail.

This business is built to create a better life for my family, our two dogs, and cat – while providing honest, reliable, and professional service to landowners and development partners.

I’m a BuildUp member and I’m currently working with Rosey Cassidy and the BuildUp team to
identify development opportunities.
